Terms
Avenvote Terms of Use
1. Purpose and operator
These terms set out how you may use Avenvote (avenvote.com, the "Service"), run by the Avenvote team (the "Operator").
2. Using the Service
- Anyone can use the Service without an account: view rankings, model pages and comparisons, recommend models, post one-line reviews, and like or report reviews.
- When you post a review, a quick automatic check (Cloudflare Turnstile) confirms you're not a bot.
- You must be at least 16 years old to post reviews.
3. Nature of the information
Rankings, scores and prices on the Service are reference information calculated from public data. The Operator does not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current. Prices are converted at fixed exchange rates and may differ from what you actually pay. Nothing on the Service is investment, purchasing or legal advice.
4. Data sources and trademarks
The Service uses data published by OpenRouter, Arena and Vercel under their licenses (such as CC BY 4.0), with attribution. Model names and logos are trademarks of their companies. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them.
5. Affiliate links
Some official-site links are affiliate links. If you sign up or pay through one, the Operator may earn a commission. Commissions do not affect rankings. Third-party sites you visit through these links are governed by their own terms.
6. One-line review rules
A one-line review is a single line of up to 160 characters (Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters and emoji count as two). You can post one review per model per day.
You may not post reviews that:
- break the law or infringe others' rights (reputation, copyright, image rights and similar)
- contain hate, discrimination, harassment, threats or sexual content
- reveal someone else's personal information
- are ads, spam, external links or repeated content
- impersonate another person or company
- are posted by automated tools
The Operator may limit posting to keep the Service running smoothly.
7. Rights in your reviews
You keep the copyright in your reviews. By posting, you allow the Operator, free of charge, to display, translate into other languages and store your reviews as needed to run the Service. This permission ends when the review is deleted.
8. Automatic translation
Reviews are machine-translated and shown in other languages automatically. Translations may be inaccurate. When meanings differ, the original prevails.
9. Moderation
The Operator may hide or delete reviews that break section 6 and may restrict posting by people who break it repeatedly. A review is hidden first if it is flagged by automated AI review or receives multiple reports, then restored or deleted after the Operator checks it. If you disagree with a decision, you can ask us to look at it again through Contact.
10. Reporting
Report illegal or infringing content with the "Report" button next to a review or by email. The Operator will check it and act as needed. If you reported by email, we will let you know the outcome.
11. Deleting your review
You can delete your own review from the same browser within 24 hours of posting. After that, or from a different browser, send us its link through Contact and we will delete it.
12. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for losses from decisions made in reliance on the Service or from use of third-party sites, except for losses caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.
13. Changes to the Service
The Operator may change or discontinue the Service and will announce important changes on the Service in advance.
14. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes on the Service 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you.
15. Governing law, jurisdiction and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction over disputes. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply. The English version of these terms prevails; for users in the Republic of Korea, the Korean version has equal effect.
